About Us
The Oak dates back to the 1600 and was originally three cottages built for estate workers, altered over the past 400 years the pub still retains many of the original features .
The pub has blended all the traditional features with a comtempory style to create the most charming of drinking and dining environments. Brick and oak floors, beamed ceilings and open fireplaces fuse with fresh flowers, candles and oak furniture.
The pub, a free house is known for its real ales and has recently been voted into the CAMRA Good Beer Guide for which we are rightly proud.
